We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and ensure our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities
Manage day to day office operations, including supplies, equipment and facilities;Serve as the first point of contact for staff, clients and visitors;Coordinate meetings and appointments;Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls and mail;Maintain records, databases and filing systems (digital and physical);Assist with basic HR and finance tasks such as timesheets and invoice processing (using Xero);Support managers and team members with administrative needs.Qualifications
Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant or similar role;Strong organisational skills with attention to detail;Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel etc;Knowledge of Dropbox or willingness to learn;Knowledge of Xero or willingness to learn;Ability to work independently and handle confidential ..... full job details .....
