OverviewWe were judged as ''good'' by Ofsted in all areas during inspection in November 2022 and ''outstanding'' for Behaviour. We academised in November 2016 and Brandles School joined the Trust in 2020. We also provide outreach support for primary schools within Stevenage, focusing on behaviour management support strategies. We have a range of well-being initiatives and numerous opportunities for growth and development. This includes:

All appointments are subject to the satisfactory completion of the necessary pre-employment checks, including two references, enhanced DBS certificate and occupational health checks as part of our safeguarding and induction procedures.

Requirements and RecruitmentAs a potential member of our staff, you will already have some administrative experience, and this will be school based. You will need to be well organised and able to prioritise your work load effectively.
It is essential that you have excellent word processing skills, good knowledge of ICT systems and a background in financial systems (school based) would be a distinct advantage.
Being able to work with many different groups of people such as school staff, senior leaders, parents, pupils and external visitors to the school is a key requirement for a happy and calm school environment.
