Birmingham and SandwellWatra Care specialises in providing live in care/home care and support to our customers throughout the Birmingham region. We are currently recruiting a full time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office based duties. We can offer you access to lots of further training and development opportunities and there are opportunities to advance further in your career in care with our company!Your Duties Will IncludeProviding excellent customer serviceScheduling care assistants and putting together rotasPreparing carer schedules allowing for sickness and holiday coverActing as the first point of contact for care assistantsProviding advice and guidance to care assistantsProviding an excellent service for our customersResponding efficiently to day to day changes in the care and support packagesCompleting assessments and care planning for new customersSetting up new packages of careMonitoring the effectiveness of the serviceProviding ongoing support to clients, their familiesWhat we can offer you?A competitive salary packageFree training/induction supportA growing career in care with our companyThe ability to be office based but still actively work within care28 days annual leaveWhat You Will NeedExperience in Domiciliary Care ServicesFull driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable for this roleThe ability to provide ongoing support to clients and families and liaise with NHS, Social Services, Local Authorities and members of the teamThe ability to deliver a high standard of care within all areasExcellent communication skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and home care softwareTo be willing to be part of the on call to support staff and service users on a rotated basisIf you would like further information about the role then please dial 01214547999 or CLICK APPLY ..... full job details .....
