OFCI Project Manager Berlin, Germany Data Centre Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced OFCI Project Manager for a major data centre project in Berlin, Germany. This is a specialist opportunity for an experienced OFCI Project Manager to manage Owner Furnished Contractor Installed equipment and coordinate the interface between the client, vendors, contractors and wider project team. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery and coordination of OFCI / Owner Furnished Contractor Installed equipment. Manage the interface between the client, vendors, suppliers, contractors and site teams. Coordinate equipment procurement, delivery, storage, installation and handover. Track equipment schedules, milestones and required-on-site dates. Ensure vendor and contractor activities remain aligned with the overall project programme. Manage technical queries, design changes, interfaces and project risks. Monitor installation progress and resolve delivery or coordination issues. Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover requirements. Provide regular progress reporting to project leadership and client stakeholders. Drive successful close-out of OFCI equipment and associated documentation. Key Requirements Proven experience as an OFCI Project Manager, OFCI Manager or Data Centre Project Manager. Strong understanding of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) delivery models. Previous experience managing OFCI equipment within data centre or mission-critical projects.
