Are you an experienced Programme or Project Manager with a background working with OEMs? Would you like to join a rapidly growing international business where you can play a key role in delivering innovative products across global markets?
This highly successful international organisation is a recognised leader within their sector. With continued investment and ambitious international growth plans, they are now looking to appoint a Programme Manager to support the development and delivery of strategic OEM partnerships globally.
In this role, you will act as the key interface between customers and internal teams, managing programmes from concept through to engineering release and production implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, commercial, operations, and procurement teams while ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
This role would therefore suit an individual with experience in OEM programme management or project delivery, with strong stakeholder management skills and experience working within an engineering/manufacturing environment.
The Role:
- Manage OEM programmes from concept through to launch
- Act as the primary customer contact for programme delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Drive international business development and identify new market opportunities
- Monitor KPIs, programme performance, budgets, and forecasting using CRM and reporting tools

The Person:
- Experience within OEM programme management or project delivery
- Background within engineering/manufacturing industries
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Commutable to Dartford
