Your Role As OEM Production Leader, you''ll lead Original Equipment Operations and Test departments, ensuring that the business strategy is deployed, and business performance targets are achieved. You''ll develop, reinforce and align between stakeholders and internal production activities to optimize inventory, improve business performance and stimulate employee engagement.
