Key Responsibilities:Lead the production of role profiles, supporting and guiding line managers through the process.Utilise Roadmapper technology to help managers understand and apply it effectively.Confidently challenge job briefings, questioning criteria and duties to ensure clarity and necessity.Understand and apply Job Evaluation (JE) principles within the broader organisational context.Receive training on methodology and techniques to ensure consistency and quality.Collaborate on organisational change programmes, helping to clarify structures and roles.
