OCGM and Police GENGA Coordinator Location: Blackburn - Greenbank, with the option to consider a police station within the East BCU Rate: 15.48 per hour PAYE Contract: Initial contract until 31 March 2027 Hours: Full-time only Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, full-time About the Role Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for an OCGM and Police GENGA Coordinator to support the management of Organised Crime Group Mapping (OCGM) and the GENGA partnership network. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting a 4P approach - Prevent, Protect, Pursue and Prepare - to tackling serious and organised crime, working closely with police teams and partner agencies across Lancashire. This is a role suited to someone with experience of policing, intelligence, organised crime, partnership working or a similar public-sector environment, who is confident working with sensitive information, analysing data and coordinating activity across multiple agencies.
