With a strong emphasis on bespoke services and a modern working environment, they are committed to excellence and employee wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Ocean Operations Coordinator, you will:Manage daily import/export operations for Manchester-based clients.Prepare and submit Customs entries.Liaise with clients regarding documentation, deliveries, and charges.Provide quotations and respond to inquiries professionally.Use CargoWise 1 (CW1) to load jobs and monitor ETAs.Handle account management, invoicing, and documentation including PODs and C88s.Coordinate with branch offices and warehouse teams.Support the Branch Manager with additional tasks as needed.What We''re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you''ll need:A confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills.Clear and professional communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CargoWise experience is a plus.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of HMRC Entry Software, Tariffs, and Port Inventory ..... full job details .....
