Confirming booking details back to the customer, informing them of special requirements or restrictions, ensuring Credit worthiness.Entering Bill of Lading details and adding where needed manifests details into the company''s bespoke system.Dealing with COD, Switch Bills, Indemnities for cargo release.Telephone sales General enquiries relating to quotes/bookings/scheduling.Dealing with and resolving queries promptlyCredit control Transportation Processing and adding all transport data for container deliveries.
