The RoleYou''ll be responsible for managing ocean import shipments from origin through to final delivery, ensuring a first-class service is provided to customers while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.Key Responsibilities Managing FCL and LCL ocean import shipments from start to finish Liaising with overseas agents, carriers, hauliers, and customers Arranging customs clearance and ensuring accurate documentation Monitoring shipment progress and resolving operational issues Coordinating deliveries and communicating shipment updates Processing supplier invoices and customer billing Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company procedures Building strong relationships with customers and service providersWhat We''re ..... full job details .....
