This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused freight forwarding professional to manage ocean import shipments from origin through to final delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring shipments are handled efficiently while delivering outstanding service to customers and overseas partners. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end ocean import process from booking through to final delivery. Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, hauliers, customs brokers and customers to ensure the smooth movement of cargo. Monitor shipments and provide customers with regular progress updates.
