Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Ocean Export Operator to join our growing freight forwarding client Felixstowe.Permanent, Full-time positionThis company is an exceptionally good employer with a reputation as an excellent place to work, they offer stability and all together good management and friendly, personable team!Your responsibilities include:To work closely with both internal and external parties to ensure shipments are transported in the most cost effective and efficient wayRoute planning for transporting goods overseas; bookings with hauliers and carriersNegotiating costs and service while maximising profitability Handle and control shipments from start-to-finish, ensuring milestones are updatedInvoicing shipments in line with quotations and credit agreements setPrompt processing of costs and purchase invoices as requiredIssuing quotations to clients in a prompt and competitive mannerAny other day to day export operationsYou will need:Good knowledge within the IndustryOcean Export Experience Exceptional Customer service skillsWillingness to keep up to date with changes to customs and compliance regulations.Driver with own transport is desirable.Important Notice: Noble Recruiting Limited, based in Billericay, Essex, is an equal opportunities employer.
