Key Responsibilities Manage ocean export shipments from booking through to completion within a cradle-to-grave operation Coordinate shipments with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and suppliers Handle all operational documentation and shipping processes Monitor shipment progress and provide regular customer updates Arrange and process customs requirements where required Maintain responsibility for job file profitability and revenue generation Ensure accurate job costing and P&L management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and overseas partners Resolve operational issues efficiently and proactively Ensure all shipments are handled in line with company procedures and industry regulations Requirements Minimum 2 years'' experience within Ocean Freight Export operations - Essential Experience using CargoWise would be beneficial but is not essential Customs experience wou...
