Ocean Export CoordinatorLocation: Manchester, UKAbout the Role On behalf of a leading logistics provider, we are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join their team in Manchester. This role involves executing day-to-day ocean export operations, managing shipments from initial booking through to final delivery, and maintaining high standards of service for a global client base.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end ocean export bookings, documentation, and customs clearances.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing accurate tracking updates and resolving issues proactively.Coordinate with shipping lines and transport providers to secure vessel space and timely haulage.Ensure all international shipping, customs, and dangerous goods regulations are strictly followed.What We Are Looking For1-2 years of proven experience within ocean freight forwarding, with a specific focus on exports.Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.Familiarity with freight management software, such as CargoWise, and standard customs platforms.Ability to work from the client''s Manchester office.What the Client OffersCompetitive salary dependent on experience.Clear pathways for professional development and career progression.A structured and supportive team environment. ..... full job details .....
