Ocean Freight Export CoordinatorOur client is looking for an experienced Sea Freight Export Coordinator to join their operations team. You will be responsible for managing export and cross-trade shipments, ensuring all operational, customs and invoicing activities are completed accurately and within deadlines.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in sea freight exports who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment, building customer relationships and contributing to the efficiency of the wider operations team.Role OverviewSalary: 30,000- 33,500 per annum, depending on experienceJob Type: Permanent, full-timeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break (40 hours per week)Key ResponsibilitiesManage sea freight export and cross-trade shipments, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time.Complete all associated financial, legal and invoicing transactions.Prepare and complete customs export declarations accurately.Ensure all operational activities and shipment documentation are completed within required deadlines.Report any amendments to customs declarations to the line manager immediately.Maintain accurate records and utilise the operational system effectively.Maintain regular communication with the line manager, providing updates on new sales leads and shipment handovers.Assist in maintaining and updating departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Build and maintain ..... full job details .....
