The Role

You''ll be responsible for managing the full import process from start to finish, ensuring shipments move smoothly and compliantly through the supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end sea and road import shipments
• Handling customs entries and clearance procedures
• Liaising with carriers, customers, and internal teams
• Monitoring shipments and resolving any operational issues
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation

What We''re Looking For

• Experience in sea and road freight imports (essential)
• Experience in Exports (nice to have)
• Strong understanding of customs processes
• Ability to manage shipments from origin through to final delivery
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset
