Occupational Therapy Assistant
Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, maintaining positive interactions with patients and facilities, adhering to all regulations and guidelines. Deliver quality patient care, including treatment, supervision of Rehab Techs, and case management. Uphold professional conduct reflecting Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service.Essential Duties:
Assist patients in improving functional abilities under OT supervisionDevelop and enhance the occupational therapy assistant programImprove clinical and management skills through interaction and continuing educationMaintain valid state licensure and stay informed on industry issuesUnderstand billing, treatment guidelines, and delivery methodsFollow infection control and safety protocolsCommunicate effectively in English in all professional interactionsQualifications
