Occupational Therapist - LA Reviews and Assessments 35.00 per hour IpswichOverviewI am currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to work with my client in Ipswich, Suffolk.This is an initial 6-month contract focused on the proactive completion of reviews and assessments across the Directorate, supporting service delivery and helping to reduce waiting lists.Main DutiesProviding safe and timely delivery of frontline Occupational Therapy services within the DirectorateSupporting triage processes and reducing duplication between health and social care services to help reduce OT waiting listsSupporting external care providers to ensure safe and appropriate moving and handling practicesCompleting reviews of care packages to ensure best value for Adult Social Care services and effective use of available equipmentReviewing double-handed care packagesReviewing waking night care provisionReviewing packages of careThe contract is 37 hours per week. 35.00 per hour.RequirementsAt least 2 years postgraduate experienceCar driverHCPC registeredBachelor''s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy recognised by relevant professional bodies.Clear DBS (we can put this in process for you)What''s on offer 35.00 per hourFull-timeInterested?If you''d like to find out more, feel free to message me to arrange a quick call - happy to talk through the role in more detail.Chris - (phone number ..... full job details .....
