The successful candidate will work within the community, providing comprehensive assessments and interventions to support individuals in achieving optimal independence and well-being. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to service development and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.

Occupational Therapist Requirements

- -Degree/Diploma with proven post qualifying experience-
- -Current HCPC registration
- -Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure
- -Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
