Occupational Therapist - Learning Disabilities and Autism TeamFull time locum contract2-3 days office / 2 days remote 35p/h UmbrellaCountywide:West: West Suffolk House, Bury St EdmundsIpswich: Endeavour House, IpswichNorth: Riverside, LowestoftWe are recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our local authority client''s Learning Disabilities and Autism Team across Suffolk.Key responsibilities:Providing safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services within the directorate.Supporting with triage and reducing duplication between health and social care to reduce OT waiting lists.Supporting external care providers to ensure correct and safe moving and handling tasks.Completing reviews of care packages to ensure best value of services for ASC and best use of available equipment.Reviewing double handed care packages.Mutual aid to other OT areas as required.Provide safe and timely delivery of OT assessments and reviews across the directorate.Requirements:Must have a Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy and must have current HCPC registration.Learning disability / autism experience.If you are interested in any of these roles, please contact Kaylah on or (phone number removed) and put through your application .
