'' - : Hybrid - remote assessments and home visits : 2 days per week (full time) / minimum 1 day per week (part time) : Up to £40 per hour (dependent on experience)Contract: Full time or part time (minimum 3 days per week) An opportunity for an experienced Children''s Occupational Therapist to work within Social Care, supporting children with disabilities through remote and home-based assessments. Experienced Occupational Therapy Assistants with substantial experience will also be considered. Screen and triage Children''s OT referrals Complete remote (telephone/video) and home-based assessments Assess and provide interventions for bathing, seating, manual handling, home safety, and equipment Complete rehousing and housing-related reports Manage a balanced caseload of remote assessments and home visits Work collaboratively with families and multi-disciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and professional reports HCPC registered Occupational Therapist (or experienced OTA) Experience in Children''s Social Care, NHS, or school-based OT services Experience assessing children with disabilities in home or community settings Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing ..... full job details .....
