Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults with a range of needs Complete manual handling and equipment assessments Carry out home and environmental assessments, recommending suitable adaptations Develop, implement, and review care and support plans Work collaboratively with social workers, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and reports Ensure all practice aligns with current legislation, policies, and best practice Requirements Qualified Occupational Therapist Registered with HCPC Experience working with adult services Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Benefits Dedicated consultant providing ongoing support ..... full job details .....
