This is a split role working across two local college and training settings, supporting young people with a range of additional needs. You''ll manage a Post-16 caseload across both sites, delivering assessments and interventions and working closely with education staff and the wider therapy team. The role will focus on helping young people develop their functional skills, independence and confidence as they prepare for adulthood. It''s a good opportunity for an OT who enjoys working with older students and wants some variety across their week rather than being based in one setting.
