This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary environment, supporting young adults and individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and children requiring specialist occupational therapy interventions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy services, promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for service users and their carers.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for adults, children, young adults, and carers.Apply strengths-based practice principles to promote independence, choice, and control.Develop and implement effective intervention plans and recommendations.Work in line with relevant legislation, professional standards, and local authority policies.Complete safeguarding duties to protect children and adults with care and support needs.Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies.Maintain accurate and timely case recordings and reports.Essential RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.HCPC registration as an ..... full job details .....
