Location-West MidlandsDuration- 12 weeksHours per week- 37 HoursPay Rate- 28.40Hybrid Working We are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a well-established Adult Social Care team in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a preventative and person-centred service that empowers individuals to remain safe, independent, and connected within their communities. This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with only one office-based day per week, alongside the opportunity to manage a varied caseload with a high level of professional autonomy and support. The Role As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver high-quality assessments and interventions that promote independence and improve outcomes for adults with a range of physical health and functional needs. Key responsibilities will include: Delivering comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments with a strong person-centred and strengths-based approach. Applying sound clinical knowledge of physical health conditions to inform assessment, intervention, and support planning. Managing and prioritising a diverse caseload independently, seeking supervision and support where appropriate. Assessing for and arranging minor equipment, specialist equipment, and major adaptations, including Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs).
