About the Role

HCL Workforce Solutions seeks an Occupational Therapist for a private organisation in Surrey. This contract role, running until March 2027, offers a negotiable hourly rate of £30-£37 with your chosen Umbrella company. The position accepts full or part-time hours, with hybrid or remote working permitted; one site-based day per week in Surrey is required. The client is flexible on working patterns. Suitable for a Band 6 or 7 professional specialising in Children's Occupational Therapy, the role demands relevant paediatric experience and qualifications. This locum contract provides autonomy over working arrangements alongside competitive remuneration.

About the Role:

HCRG Staffing are looking for a Band 6 or 7 Children''s Occupational Therapist (OT) in Surrey for a private organisation for a 1 year locum contract.

Full or part time hours considered. Hybrid/remote working allowed too - you would just need to offer a day on site with the other days from home.

Pay rate is negotiable per hour and umbrella companies are allowed for this role. The client is very flexible so please just let me know what you can offer and we can put it forward to our client.

You would need to have paediatric and EHCP experience. Also need to be able to use the system EMIS.

Key responsibilities include:

A paediatric Occupational Therapist with experience in delivering EHCPs into schools. Can be done remotely.
To support delivery of EHCP packages in education settings

Who We Are Looking For:

Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Licenses: HCPC registered
Experience: 2 years experience. Paediatric and EHCP experience
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion and patience when working with vulnerable individuals. Able to use EMIS system.
