Job Title: Occupational Therapist (Sensory Integration Qualified)Location: Hybrid (UK-based with travel to services) Salary: 55000 - 60,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) + 3,500 car allowance + mileage Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week) Reports to: Head of Clinical ServicesRole OverviewAs an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in assessment, intervention planning, and delivery of therapeutic support within our clinical framework. A significant aspect of this role involves embedding sensory integration approaches across children''s and adult residential homes.You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, senior leaders, and external partners to ensure consistently high clinical standards and positive outcomes for individuals in our care.Key ResponsibilitiesAssessment and Planning Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify barriers affecting individuals. Work collaboratively to develop and implement personalised, outcome-focused treatment plans.Intervention Delivery Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions aligned with individual clinical plans, ensuring high-quality therapeutic input.Therapeutic Engagement Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with children and adults to support engagement and progress within care plans.Stakeholder Collaboration Work effectively with internal teams and external agencies to maintain and enhance clinical standards and coordinated ..... full job details .....
