This exciting project focuses on reviewing existing double-handed care packages, promoting independence, reducing reliance on ongoing support where appropriate, and ensuring residents receive person-centred, strengths-based interventions. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, review and redesign care solutions, helping residents achieve greater independence through specialist occupational therapy interventions, moving and handling expertise, equipment provision, adaptations and assistive technology.
