Preparing plans and advise on the needs of disabled people with a view to adapt their home to maintain Independence. Providing ongoing training in manual handling and use of equipment. Maintaining and developing professional knowledge, ensuring appropriate training for self and assisting staff. Maintaining awareness of corporate and departmental policies and procedures and ensuring these are adhered to. Providing information to Children''s Services colleagues and other professionals/teams.
