      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: 35.00-35.00 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Our client Tameside metropolitan borough council is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their Children with Disabilities team.This role sits within a dynamic Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team, supporting children and young people with complex needs to maximise their independence, safety and participation within their home environments and wider community. The postholder will deliver high quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions, with a strong focus on functional independence, safety, and improving outcomes for children and their families.A key aspect of the role is undertaking specialist housing and environmental assessments, identifying the need for adaptations to enable children to access essential facilities within their homes.
