Occupational Health Physician Location: Greater Manchester Salary: Up to 105,000, depending on experience. Contract: Permanent, full-time. Working pattern: Predominantly site-based and clinic-based appointments. An established, clinician-led occupational health provider is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join its growing team. The organisation supports employers across specialist, safety-critical industries including oil and gas, offshore energy, renewables, engineering, construction, ports and maritime. This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Health Physician who enjoys practical, patient-facing clinical work and supporting the health and wellbeing of employees in operational environments. The role. You will deliver a high-quality occupational health service through predominantly on-site and clinic-based appointments, with travel to client locations as required. The role will involve managing a varied caseload, including management referrals, fitness-for-work assessments, sickness absence advice, health surveillance and safety-critical medicals. You will work closely with occupational health nurses, technicians, client HR teams and operational managers, providing clear, practical and evidence-based advice that supports employee wellbeing, workplace safety and business needs.
