Occupational Health Nurse Manager Location: Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service, Alfreton Fire Station, Turnpike Close, Alfreton DE55 7AD Salary: £52,413 - £57,461 (Pro-rata if 30 hours) Hours: Option for 30 or 37 hours per week Vacancy Type: Permanent, Part or Full Time Closing Date: Monday 15th of June 2026 About the Role: Are you an experienced Occupational Health professional who is passionate about making a difference in people s lives? Key Responsibilities: Lead the way: Play a key role in the development and delivery of the overall strategy for the Occupational Health Department. Provide expert advice: Offer advice and guidance to managers and employees to support attendance and wellbeing at work. Manage complex cases: Triage referrals and manage your own caseload. Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with colleagues and participate in case conferences and meetings. Drive wellbeing initiatives and awareness: Develop and promote strategies to boost employee health and wellbeing. Analysis and governance: Analyse data and trends to inform decision making and drive performance improvements.
