Location: Grays, with some travel in London
Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: £36,000–£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Emergency & Acute Care
- Provide onsite emergency response and first-line treatment
- Assess and manage a range of injuries and acute presentations
- Participate in emergency response training and preparedness
Clinical & Treatment Services
- Run nurse-led clinics, assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses
- Deliver evidence-based care in a professional and well-structured environment
- Support employees with appropriate clinical advice, treatment and onward referral where required
Health Screening & Surveillance
- Carry out pre-employment and safety-critical medicals
- Deliver health surveillance including audiometry, spirometry and HAVS assessments
- Support drug and alcohol testing
- Undertake fitness-for-work assessments
Wellbeing & Prevention
- Deliver health promotion initiatives and wellbeing campaigns
- Provide lifestyle advice and support long-term health improvements
- Deliver engaging health talks and health education sessions
Essential:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC PIN
- Confident working independently and making sound clinical decisions
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable travelling to sites across London when required
We'd be particularly interested in hearing from:
- Experienced Occupational Health Nurses looking for their next opportunity
- Nurses with A&E, emergency care or acute clinical backgrounds looking to transition into Occupational Health
- Nurses with experience in workplace health, industrial nursing or occupational medicine
Desirable:
- Previous Occupational Health experience
- Experience delivering health surveillance or workplace medicals
- Experience in emergency response or first aid provision
Occupational Health experience is desirable but not essential, and training and support can be provided for the right candidate.
