The role involves conducting case management appointments, including assessing employee fitness for specific job roles and issuing appropriate fitness certificates. Additionally, the role requires writing letters to GPs or specialists, adhering to the Access to Medical Reports Act and the Data Protection Act. The position also involves responding to requests from clients or managers for support or information regarding the working environment.
