Occupational Health Nurse

3 month initially with a view to extending to 6 months if needed.

Working pattern to be agreed - looking at 3 days and potentially 4 days if HAV trained (Health Surveillance)

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience delivering a full range of Occupational Health services, including:

• Management referrals
• Health surveillance programmes
• Pre-employment/fitness for work assessments
• Sickness absence management
• Workplace adjustments and rehabilitation advice

Experience of providing evidence-based advice to managers and HR teams.

Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently.

Experience of producing clear, legally defensible Occupational Health reports.

Up-to-date knowledge of occupational health legislation, employment law, Equality Act 2010 and relevant professional standards.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
