Occupational Health Nurse

Job Description-
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Occupational Health Nurse to join our occupational health team in Warrington. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality occupational health service, supporting the health, wellbeing, and safety of employees across a range of organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional occupational health advice to managers and employees

• Conduct management referrals and occupational health assessments

• Deliver health surveillance programmes

• Undertake fitness for work assessments

• Provide case management for sickness absence and complex cases

• Promote workplace health and wellbeing initiatives

• Ensure compliance with occupational health legislation and best practice

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with active NMC registration

• Occupational Health-qualification or equivalent experience

• Experience working in occupational health, including case management and management referrals

• Strong report writing and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
