This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Carry out face-to-face police recruit medicals and occupational health assessments. Undertake management referrals and provide appropriate occupational health advice and guidance. Deliver immunisations and vaccinations in line with occupational health requirements. Carry out blood tests/phlebotomy procedures. Conduct hearing tests (audiometry) and vision screening assessments. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation. Liaise professionally with managers, employees, and wider occupational health teams. Support health surveillance and employee wellbeing activities where required.
