Occupational Health Nurse

The Occupational Health Nurse will report into the Head of HR and will support and advise employees on health-related issues.This opportunity is suitable for a registered nurse with experience in a manufacturing environment who is looking to expand their knowledge within the industry and contribute to shaping occupational health and wellbeing in the workplace.Tasks and responsibilities: Occupational Health Nurse (not limited to):Deliver and coordinate health surveillance programs in accordance with health and safety regulations and industry standards (COSHH, Noise, HAVS, etc.)Complete fitness to work cases and capability assessmentsProvide wellbeing support as neededFacilitate return-to-work assessments and phased returnsConduct physical and mental health assessmentsPerform workplace assessments as requiredConduct drug and alcohol testing where necessaryMaintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulationsMonitor employee health trends and recommend interventionsContribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and operationsWhat makes you a great fit:Education / Experience:Must be a registered nurseDiploma in Occupational Health Practice preferredMinimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in occupational health or a related fieldExperience within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of occupational health surveillance programs and relevant regulationsAbility to analyze and interpret clinical data for decision-makingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentialityWhat you can expect working with us:Location:
