This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health professional to play a key role in delivering a high-quality, proactive service, supporting employees with their health and wellbeing while providing managers with clear, professional and evidence-based advice. The Role Working as part of a multidisciplinary Occupational Health and Wellbeing team, you will provide a comprehensive range of services, including case management, health assessments, medicals, health surveillance and health promotion. You will work closely with employees and management, providing practical advice and recommendations to support health, attendance, rehabilitation and a safe and productive working environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive Occupational Health assessments and management referrals. Provide professional advice relating to fitness for work, attendance, rehabilitation and workplace adjustments. Undertake pre-employment and new starter medical assessments. Deliver health surveillance and other Occupational Health assessments. Conduct drug and alcohol testing where required. Provide clear, concise and evidence-based Occupational Health reports.
