Occupational Health ManagerLocation: Manchester City Centre Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + BenefitsFull Time Permanent We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of a high-quality Occupational Health service within a busy and established team.This is a senior clinical and operational leadership role, ideal for an experienced Occupational Health professional who is looking to take the next step in their career while remaining clinically engaged.The RoleYou will provide leadership across a multidisciplinary Occupational Health service comprising:9 Occupational Health Nurses2 Triage Technicians1 Admin Lead6 AdministratorsThe role is focused on clinical leadership, governance, quality, team management and operational performance.Management referrals are undertaken by the Occupational Health Advisors, allowing you to focus on ensuring the service operates effectively and consistently to high clinical and professional standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and support the Occupational Health clinical and administrative teamsOversee clinical governance, quality assurance and clinical standardsLead clinical audits and quality assessmentsManage clinical escalations and safeguarding mattersCoordinate team huddles, one-to-ones and performance reviewsIdentify and deliver training and development requirementsSupport continuous improvement across the serviceContribute to SEQOHS revalidation and ongoing compliancePromote best practice and ..... full job details .....
