Occupational Health Manager

Our Client based in Aberdeen islooking for a Occupational Health Manager to work in their friendly and supportive team. The role is Permanent, Full-Time, working in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the continued delivery of safe, high-quality and responsive Occupational Health services. The Job Role Includes Leading, supporting and developing the Occupational Health nursing team across multiple locations Overseeing the delivery of health surveillance Management referrals Promoting clinical governance, best practice and compliance with the NMC Code Supporting recruitment, induction, training and supervision Performance management and staff development Working closely with clients and senior management Supporting service development and quality improvement Experience / Skills Required Occupational Health experience Experience of supporting or leading a clinical team Strong communication and relationship-building skills Occupational Health qualification, such as SCPHN (Occupational Health) or relevant OH Diploma, desirable Please don''t hesitate in contacting us, and we would be more than happy to give you further details.
