      <description>Location: Wakefield | Salary: &amp;pound;57528 - &amp;pound;64750/annum | Type: Permanent | Clinical Governance and Lead Nurse – Occupational Health   Location:  West Yorkshire    We are recruiting for a Clinical Governance and Lead Nurse – Occupational Health to join an established Occupational Health service on a full time permanent basis.  This is a senior clinical leadership role with responsibility for the delivery, governance and development of the Occupational Health nursing service.  Key Responsibilities   Lead and develop the Occupational Health nursing service.  Provide clinical leadership and line management to a team.  Oversee health surveillance, screening and health monitoring programmes.  Maintain clinical protocols, audit, governance and compliance processes, including SEQOHS.  Undertake a proportionate caseload of management referrals and nurse-led clinics.  Provide specialist Occupational Health advice to managers, senior leaders and HR/People teams.  Support initiatives around health, wellbeing, attendance and workplace health.  Monitor service demand, performance and outcomes.  Support the development of clinical practice and the nursing team.
