Working across our UK network, you will lead and coordinate occupational health and wellbeing provision, ensuring our colleagues have access to a high-quality, proactive and supportive service. You will work closely with senior leaders, operational managers and external providers to shape wellbeing initiatives, support attendance management and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a strong balance of people focus and commercial awareness. We''re looking for a leader who can ensure occupational health services deliver both positive colleague outcomes and sustainable business value, while always placing the health, safety and wellbeing of our people at the center of decision making.
