This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join a highly supportive and forward-thinking team.The RoleYou''ll deliver high-quality occupational health services, supporting employees and employers with expert, practical advice to promote wellbeing and sustainable return to work.Key Responsibilities include:Conducting 5 OH assessments per dayProducing clear, concise fitness-for-work reports within SLAManaging a range of case types including:Management referralsActive care referralsWork health assessmentsAdvice calls and follow-upsProviding guidance to employers on rehabilitation and absence managementSupporting clinical input for client relationships and new business where neededEnsuring compliance with KPIs, ISO and SQOHS standardsParticipating in team meetings and ongoing knowledge sharingAbout YouQualified in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma)Registered with the NMC (ideally Part 3)Current experience as an Occupational Health AdvisorStrong report writing and communication skillsComfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environmentProactive, organised and confident managing your own workloadBenefits25 days holiday + bank holidaysBirthday offCash plan (including children)Private medical insurance (after qualifying period)Pension and life insurance (enhanced over time)Profit share ..... full job details .....
