Acton , is looking for an

Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead

to work on a permanent basis within their friendly and supportive team.The role is full-time, ideally five days per week.It offers hybrid working, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.This is an excellent opportunity to join a proactive and friendly OH team.Job Responsibilities:

Line managing a team of 10 clinicians.Supporting all aspects of the OH remit.Assisting with recruitment and training needs.Undertaking, reviewing, and recording regular clinical competency reviews with individuals.Meeting the strategic aims of the emergency response, treatment, and OH service.Collaborating with site operations and multiple stakeholders across various sites.Experience and Skills Required:
