Our client based in Acton is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead to work on a permanent basis within a friendly and supportive team. The role is permanent, ideally full time (5 days per week). Hybrid working with 3 days on site and 2 days remote.Responsibilities

Line managing a team of 10 cliniciansSupport all aspects of the occupational health remitSupport recruitment and training needsUndertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency reviews with individualsMeet the strategic aims of the emergency response, treatment and OH serviceWork closely with site operations and multiple stakeholders across multiple sitesQualifications and experience
