You will be part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team delivering a proactive, professional and high-quality occupational health service to a diverse workforce.This is an excellent opportunity for an OH professional who enjoys case management, health surveillance and playing an active role in workforce wellbeing and health promotion.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver health surveillance, health assessments and pre-placement assessments, providing clear and objective fitness-for-work adviceManage occupational health casework, offering practical, evidence-based guidance to managers and employeesProvide professional advice on work-related health matters including rehabilitation and workplace adjustmentsWork collaboratively within the OH team and with external providers such as counselling, physiotherapy and OH physiciansContribute to service improvement initiatives and promote proactive health and wellbeing strategiesSupport the development and maintenance of clinical standards and safe, effective nursing practiceEnsure compliance with professional standards, legislation and organisational policiesWhat ..... full job details .....
