You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality occupational health service across a range of activities, including:Managing a varied case management workload Supporting sickness absence managementConducting return-to-work assessmentsProviding guidance and support by answering queries from the Occupational Health TechnicianFloor walking to identify workplace risks and health concernsAttending Health and Wellbeing meetingsSupporting and delivering wellbeing initiativesCarrying out health surveillance and health promotion activitiesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Occupational Health Advisor with strong case management skills and a proactive approach to workplace wellbeing.
