Occupational Health Advisor

A leading client of ours in Southampton is looking for an experienced OHA, to work on a Permanent basis, either full or part-time.

The role is Hybrid, at least 1 day per week in the office.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active In-House OH team.

The main duties include:

• Full OH remit
• Case Management
• Fitness for work assessments
• Health Surveillance
• Strong clinical assessment and report-writing skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience / skills required:

• NMC Registered RGN
• Full OH Remit experience
• Case management
• Able to work both in a team and autonomously
• Health Surveillance
